How to make a complaint

At David Whittlestone we are proud to put client satisfaction as our top priority. However, we do acknowledge that due to the complex nature of financial products there may be issues which arise from time to time.


Complaints are infrequent, but when they occur we take them very seriously. If you would like to complain about any advice given by David Whittlestone or any of other Appointed Representatives or Advisers you can do so by contacting the Compliant's Officer, whom is based at Head Office via post, email or telephone.
